About the Annual Manayunk Arts Festival
Manayunk Development Corporation is pleased to announce the 2013 24th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival. This year we invite you to share in the tradition of excellence at the tri-state's largest outdoor, juried arts festival. Celebrating 24 years of presenting the best variety of fine arts and crafts from across the country, nearly 200,000 collectors, buyers, and designers will visit Main Street for this event.
The Manayunk Arts Festival is open to all artists who design and produce their own work; we are now accepting artist applications for the 2013 Manayunk Arts Festival via www.zapplication.org.

Application Deadline: March 1, 2013
Jury Fee: $30.00
Booth/Exhibitor Fee: $450.00 (2 days)
Artist Application Guidelines:
All artists must apply through Zapplication.org and all applicants must supply:
4 high resolution images of the work you will be exhibiting
1 high resolution image of your exhibit display
A Jury Fee* (to be submitted with your application**)
An Exhibit Fee (to be submitted if invited and choose to exhibit at our show)
All work submitted must be the sole work of the artist applying to the show. Buy/Sell work is PROHIBITED!
*Jury Fees are non-refundable.
**A $10.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
Exhibit fees will be refunded provided your cancellation is processed online at zapplication.org before May 31, 2013, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Mailed cancellations will only be accepted if they are postmarked by May 31, 2013. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Jurying Dates: March 1 - March 15, 2013
Artist Notification Date: March 15, 2013
The Jury Process
Five-ten notable jurors will examine one category at a time. They will have a round table discussion for each piece of art work submitted, assess the work, and individually score it. Scoring is on a 1-10 scale, with 1 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest. Scores with the highest work in each category will be chosen to participate in the Manayunk Arts Festival
Now – March 1, 2013: Application accepted via zapplication.org
March 1, 2013: Last day for artists to submit applications via zapplication.org
March 1 - March 15, 2013: Jurying takes place
March 15, 2013: Artist notifications are sent out
March 15, 2013 – April 15, 2013: Artists can accept/deny show’s invitation to participate in the Manayunk Arts Festival. Payment must be submitted during this period in order to participate in the Manayunk Arts Festival.
April 15, 2013: Last day for artists to submit their exhibit fee payment through zapplication.org.
May 31, 2013: Artists will receive their exhibit space # and will be able to download an artist packet via the Manayunk Arts Festival page on www.manayunk.com.
June 22, 2013 – June 23, 2013: Days #1 & #2 of the Manayunk Arts Festival
