Quick problem I hope. I clicked to accept my invitation to the Frisco Arts Festival (in Frisco, TX), and the status changed to accepted. However, there was no further option to continue into checkout to pay the final booth fee. With a deadline looming of only a few days, is this a problem with the software for that specific show, or just my account in particular?
I have written a short note as well to the festival itself explaining the situation, in case the problem is not resolved here by the posted deadline.
(Also, I felt a bit odd posting this question here in the form for general exposure since it is so specific to just me. Is posting in the forum the only way to bring up these problems? It seems so, as I could find no other email address directly to write to ZAPP. If there is a better/different way to address these technical problems, please let me know. Thanks!)
