to Archive "not invited" shows

Some shows don't update their status, to let us Archive "not invited" shows, and to FREE UP space on the long list of applied shows.
Example, yesterday AUGUST 19, a well known promoter informed many artists about their situation. We're not able to ARCHIVE the "not invited" shows. It's bothers, and annoying to see the list of Now useless names. The list can be long, 8...10...12..shows.
Please ask this promoter to update.

Why don't Zapp send the promoters reminders to enable this function, on a constant basis ?
They are your clients, customers after all..

What about to enable this option for us, the artists..?
Why really we should rely on a promoter ?
It's OUR list of shows, not their.
Even to have an option to DELETE it.
