Picture size

I hired a pro to format my pics. 1920 X 1920 Now when I try to upload, a screen says my file is too big. The pro says it can't be too big if it is 1920 x 1920!!!! HELP!!!!!

The problem is that your images are larger than 2 megabytes. Besides the 1920x1920 image pixel requirements, ZAPP also has a recommended file size of 1.8 megabytes with a little leeway to 2 megabytes. If you e-mail me your ZAPP images, username and password, I'll correct them and upload them for you. I'm currently at the Baltimore ACC show doing a presentation on preparing images for jurying this morning but I'll be home tonight (Wednesday) and can do it for you.

Zapp also has a photo tutorial on this site that shows how to get this image to the right dimensions (1920x1920px) and file size (under 1.8M), by using PhotoShop or another newer Adobe program. It is amazingly easy, and the tutorial is very clear with its instructions. Frustrated after trying to figure out how to do it on my own, after viewing the tutorial (which took about 5 minutes), I was able to prepare a photo in a matter of minutes. Hope this helps.
