ZAPP™ is pleased to announce the addition of a
ZAPP™ Help section! The ZAPP™ team has spent the last several months documenting the concerns, questions, and needs of ZAPP™ applicants to ensure the new help section would address a broad range of issues experienced by ZAPP™ users. This update to the ZAPP™ site includes the addition of an application-assistance section, accessible by clicking on the How to Apply button on the site navigation menu; an image-preparation section, accessible by clicking on the Image Preparation button on the site navigation menu; and a comprehensive help section, accessible by clicking on the ZAPP Help button. ZAPP™ applicants can now find answers to most questions about ZAPP™ by visiting one of the help pages. From questions about ZAPP™ itself to tutorials for image-preparation software to application protocol and software compatibility, applicants now have a dedicated help resource available at www.zapplication.org.
