As a artist hoping to take advantage of this service. Looking to acess various fairs , exhibits and juried shows. wWill it enable me access to show listing in the Illinios,michigan,ohio,and Indiana areas? Is there a fee to be listed or to the list of shows? How commplicated will it be to apply on line as an individual artist on line. I'm not the most articulate user of the internet. If at all possibble would greatly appreciate this infomation in printed form. PLEASE WHETHER ONLINE OR PRINTED FORM ,KEEP ME UPDATED AND INFORMED OF COMING EVENTS AND DATES. IT HAS BEEN A DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH VARIOUS SHOWS AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES IN ORDER TO APPLY. SINCERE THANKS MS. WILLIAMSON

What dose it mean to POST , PREVIEW, QUOTE, How do I know if my message was successfully sent and received.

When you post, your message is placed on the board for public consumption. Preview allows you to review your message before making it available for public consumption. Quote will allow you to place the copy from another individual's message into your message. If you can see your message on the public board, it has been successfully sent and received.

The art fairs, festivals and shows involved in this first year include: Columbus Arts Festival, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Ann Arbor Street Art Fair, Lakefront Festival of Arts, Artigras, Virginia Festival of the Arts, Metris Uptown Art Fair, Main St. Fort Worth Arts Festival, Bayou City Art Festivals, St. James Court Art Show, and the Austin Fine Arts Festival.

ZAPP will not charge anything to the artist to participate, however each show will still charge individual application fees. The fairs, festivals and shows who participate pay a service fee to make use of ZAPP.

We are developing the system to be as user-friendly as possible. Each show who uses ZAPP will provide technical support to artists.

Each art fair, festival, and show will determine their own dates. We recommend that you visit each show's Web site to which you would like to apply to get show specific information or call the art show organization to inquire about specific dates .

when will I receive conformation that my name is listed with you, fior notification? Also when will ZAPPLICATION be officially up and ready for use? SINCERELY S.. wILLIAMSON

Your name will be listed when you first register with the ZAPP system. ZAPP will be available for use in early Fall.

Is there a way to post a booth image without going through the window that requires a price to be listed for the image?

Wrong forum. But to answer your question, choose booth slide in the drop down under the image upload line and then the pricing and sizing questions go away.
