FestForAll 2012 Agreement I/we hereby apply to become an exhibitor at FestForAll and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge under the auspices of FestForAll. By submitting this application, Applicant(s) hereby and forever discharge FestForAll, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, all sponsoring organizations, sponsors, advertisers, the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, boards, employees, agents, and volunteers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, responsibility, personal liability, loss, damages and demands whatsoever in law or equity, and from any loss and damage to the undersigneds’ property while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of FestForAll, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, and the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, their agents, representatives, or employees. Applicant(s) warrant(s) that the artworks submitted for jurying were produced solely by Applicant(s), are representations of what is to be presented at FestForAll, and authorize(s) use of images submitted with this application for FestForAll publicity and warrant(s) that Applicant either owns the copyright of the images permitted or has the requisite license to permit the use granted herein. Artwork that differs substantially from juried images will be disqualified. The Arts Council reserves the right to advise Applicant(s) of any work that does not meet the standards by which acceptance was granted and Applicant(s) agree to remove said work upon request by FestForAll officials. Applicant(s) agrees to accept responsibility for all sales tax obligations. The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge reserves the right to make final interpretations of all rules. A accepted invitation is a commitment to show. Once an artist has accepted the invitation, no refunds will be made after dates stipulated above, or for reasons of inclement weather. Submitting this application acknowledges that the applicant(s) has/have read the agreement herein and agree(s) to abide by FestForAll/Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge rules.
