Bentonville Art Walk 2013 Agreement 1. I understand that my vendor privileges are provided through the City of Bentonville Vendor Ordinance (ord. 2005-128) and Downtown Bentonville Inc. (DBI) is empowered by the City of Bentonville to act as its agent in these matters. 2. I agree to pay all applicable fees for the vendor privileges at this DBI event and understand that any and all applicable fees are subject to change. 3. I understand that I am solely responsible for any requirements concerning health department regulations and applicable Arkansas sales tax requirements. 4. I agree to honor and abide by program guidelines. 5. I understand I am acting as an ambassador for DBI, and the community and that my actions reflect upon this community in which I am working. I/We hereby agree, as a Downtown Bentonville Inc. event vendor, that I/we will indemnify and hold harmless Downtown Bentonville Inc., their agents and members, from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suites, arising or growing out of or in any way connected with my/our use of occupancy as a vendor at a Downtown Bentonville Inc. event or any of my/our related activities as a vendor at a Downtown Bentonville Inc. event. By entering into 2013 Art Walk, you give Downtown Bentonville Inc. permission to use submitted images for festival promotional use, with artist credit.
