Kentuck Festival of the Arts 2013 - 42nd Annual Agreement GENERAL RELEASE: The applicant does hereby and forever discharge Kentuck Museum Association, Inc., City of Northport, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with application to or participation in the Kentuck Festival of the Arts, which is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within space designated for exhibits. The applicant has read and complies with all rules as outlined in this prospectus and in all future correspondence and understands failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from this year's or future shows. The Kentuck Museum Association, Inc., reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules as they apply to the Kentuck Festival of the Arts.
