Zona Rosa Arts Festival 2013 Agreement I hereby grant Zona Rosa Arts Festival the rights to use all or any of my images in any related press release without compensation or recourse. Submission of entry in Zona Rosa Arts Festival automatically constitutes your acceptance of show rules. I agree to keep my exhibit set up for the duration of the show each day. It is my understanding that the Zona Rosa Arts Festival Committee, or Zona Rosa Development, LLC, and its entities Gateway Plaza Associates LLC; Zona Rosa Mall Investments LLC; Mall Properties, Inc and HSBC Realty Credit Corp ISAOA shall not be liable for any claim or loss or damage of any kind whatsoever. I also understand that, if I am accepted, no portion of my entry/booth fee is refundable even in cases of inclement weather.
