Melbourne Main Street Fall Festival 2013 Agreement General Release of Liability: I hereby indemnify and hold forever harmless the Melbourne Main Street staff and volunteers, Melbourne Main Street, LoPressionism Inc & its subsidiary "The Petite Boutiques" staff and volunteers, event sponsors, and the City of Melbourne, from any actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to my property and all claims or action for personal injury while participating in this event. I understand that there will be no refund of any fees paid to Melbourne Main Street and/or LoPressionism Inc. for my participation in this event should the event be impacted by or cancelled by an Act of God; i.e., inclement weather, tornado, hurricane, or for any other reason. I certify that all artwork is in compliance with the rules set forth and is sold by me. The Melbourne Main Street Fall Festival will make final determination of all rules. I have read and agree to abide by these rules and have completed this application in full.
