Seabrook Festival of the Arts 2013 Agreement As an exhibitor I agree to hold harmless the Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast its employees, directors, volunteers, vendors and the City of Seabrook from any damage or loss to my (exhibitor's) property or any personal injury I (exhibitor) or my helpers may sustain during set-up, the duration of the event, and take down.   The Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast reserves the right to cancel the festival due to weather or unforeseen events out of the Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast’s control, in which case the Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities. The Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast has the right to change any event. If a change occurs, artists will be notified immediately via ZAPP. Exhibitors should purchase their own insurance. The Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast may use exhibitors' images for publicity purposes only.   I (exhibitor) agree to follow the guidelines and regulations within this application and any other rules that may be established by The Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast.
