Deerfield Festival of Fine Arts 2014 Agreement I acknowledge there are certain risks of physical injury and agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which may be sustained as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the festivals. I hereby fully release and discharge D & W Events, Inc., all cities, villages and their employees; property owners, associations, sponsors and co-sponsors from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including theft, weather, acts of God, death, damages and losses sustained and arising out of, connected with, or i any way associated with the activities of the festival. D & W Events, Inc. has permission to publish images of my work, my booth or of me or purposes related to the promotion of the festival, past, present or future. My submission of this application indicates my agreement and acceptace to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
