Stillwater Arts Festival 2014 Agreement Artist participation in both days is mandatory. We do not allow artists to tear down booths until after the show has ended on Sunday. All work must be of original design and produced by the artist or two-person collaboration. The work exhibited and booth must match the quality and style of work as represented in the submitted digital images. Cancellations received prior to March 31, 2014 will receive a full refund of booth fees. After March 31, 2014 no refunds will be made. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING EITHER BY MAIL, FAX OR EMAIL. The undersigned agree that the City of Stillwater and Parks & Recreation Department or any of its agents, agencies, boards or staff, shall be released from liability, claims or demands whatsoever in the event of any accident or injury to said participant resulting directly or indirectly from their participation in a City of Stillwater P&R program or activity.
