Corn Hill Arts Festival 2015 Agreement I have read and understand the requirements for participation in the Corn Hill Arts Festival presented by the Corn Hill Neighbors Association. If I have misrepresented my work, or have violated any CHAF regulations, the CHAF may remove any objectionable items or terminate my participation without refund. If asked to leave the show, I will forfeit participation in future CHAF events. I agree to the use of my images by the CHAF for promotional purposes. I release the CHAF, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from responsibility for damage, theft, or loss of my work, and any claims and demands whatsoever arising from my participation in the CHAF.   CANCELLATION POLICY: If written notification is received by May 25, 2015, your space fee will be refunded. The application fee is non-refundable.  This is a rain or shine event.
