Avondale AutumnFest 2016 Agreement I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Avondale Estates Downtown Developement Authority,the Events Committee, volunteers and City of Avondale Estates from any and all manner of actions,suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from my participation in the event, including without limitation, any loss or damage to property or anyone’s property in my possession or supervision, including any and all attorney’s fees incurred as a result thereof. I understand the terms of this application are subject to change.
