Texas Reds Artists Showcase 2016 Agreement The undersigned certifies that he/she is the applicant who has applied for consideration for participation in the Arts Council of Brazos Valley Artists Showcase at the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival 2016 on September 24th and 25th, 2016 and that the enclosed application and attachments are a true representation of the artist and their work. Furthermore, I have read and agree to all the specified terms and conditions set forth in this application. I affirm that all submitted work is original, and produced solely by myself, the applicant. Undersigned also agrees to hold harmless and blameless the Arts Council of Brazos Valley, the City of Bryan, the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival, all their employees, agents, representatives and funders from loss, theft, damage or injury to any materials submitted in response to this application or any individual, art or materials participating in the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival. I further release the Arts Council of Brazos Valley, City of Bryan, Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival, and all of their duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by exhibitors, guests or works of art before, during or after the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that the Arts Council of Brazos Valley reserves the right to remove any works that do not meet the standards set forth in the prospectus. Failure to comply may result in the removal of an Artist from the Festival and jeopardize participation in future Festivals. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. In consideration of the Arts Council of Brazos Valley’s acceptance of my application, I agree to accept all decisions of the Arts Council of Brazos Valley as final. I agree to allow the Arts Council of Brazos Valley use of enclosed images and other promotional materials (including photographs and videotapes) taken during the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival for purposes of promoting the Festival and the Arts Council of Brazos Valley this year and in future years. I also agree to allow the Arts Council of Brazos Valley to release my name and work telephone number, email and website addresses to the public for sales and promotion. I understand that the Arts Council of Brazos Valley reserves the right to revise these regulations and/or terminate this agreement at its sole discretion.
