Arts Alive! 2016 Agreement I /We grant permission to Arts Alive! 2016 to use submitted images for the purposes of promotional use, including, but not limited to: print, internet, press releases, and television. I/We certify that I/we are the artist(s) who creates the artwork and are not an artist representative or wholesaler. I/We understand that I/we are subject to, and will comply with, all rules/regulations of Arts Alive! 2016 and to follow instructions made by Arts Alive! and Art Center staff and uniformed security. I/We participants agree to release and hold harmless, the Arts Alive! 2016 committee, Art Center of Corpus Christi, their Board of Governors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors for any damage, loss of property, theft, or injury to person or property.
