Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival 2016 Agreement

Selection of exhibitors remains the exclusive right of the Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival and the results are final. Jurors reserve the right to limit categories and reject work deemed unsuitable. Anyone misrepresenting entries or breaking any rule during the Festival may be asked to leave and no refunds will be made. Early departures are not allowed.



Cancellation Policy: The application fee is nonrefundable. Booth fees can be canceled until May 21st, and will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. No booth fees will be refunded after May 21, 2016. The festival will take place rain or shine. In the case of unexpected “Acts of God” or unforeseen situations that prevent the event being held on any or all of the three festival days, no refunds or waivers will be issued.



I understand that, if selected, images of my work submitted by me may be used online, in brochures, media releases, grant applications and reports, and other organizational collateral to market Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival and promote my work. Also, photographs of my work and booth taken during the festival may be used to market future festivals in the same ways listed above.



I have read and agree to abide by all of the Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival rules. I understand that failure to follow any of the regulations can mean expulsion from this year’s event with no return of fees. I hereby release and forever discharge Colorado Event Design, the Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival organizers, sponsors and the City of Colorado Springs; as well as their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any liability for any damage injury or loss to any person or goods which my arise from the rented park space and/or participation in Pikes Peak Art & Music Festival.
