Copper Country Art Festival 2016 Agreement As a condition of my participating in the Copper Country Art Festival, I agree to bear all risk and expense and to hold harmless and indemnify the Copper Country Art Festival for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause.  It is exhibitor’s responsibility to insure their property. Copper Country Art Festival has the right to close the Copper Country Art Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SHOWS.  I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at the Copper Country Art Festival will represent my own work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials, and to abide by all the rules and regulations set.
