Art in the Park 2016 - A Northbrook Fine Arts Festival Agreement I acknowledge there are certain risks of physical injury and agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which may be sustained as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with Art in the Park - A Northbrook Fine Arts Festival on July 16 & 17, 2016. I hereby fully release and discharge D & W Events, Inc., the Village of Northbrook, Northbrook Arts Commission and the Northbrook Park District, their employees; board members, volunteers, property owners, associations, sponsors and co-sponsors from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including theft, weather, acts of God, death, damages and losses sustained and arising out of, connected with, or i any way associated with the activities of the festival.
