Malibu Arts Festival 2016 Agreement

1. Artists must exhibit work only in the category for which they are juried. One form of art only as accepted in the jury system.

2. All work must be attributed solely to the displaying artist. 

3. Event producer encourages serigraph, etching, prints, etc., of original works of art to be signed and numbered. 

4. The selection of an artist/craftsperson/designer is an acceptance of his/her commitment to exhibit. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is made in full. 

​6. NO REFUNDS will be made after June 1, 2016.

7. Each artist is responsible for collecting and reporting California sales tax (9%) on all sales made during the festival.  

8. Exhibit space will be limited to 10 feet X 10 feet. Booth spaces may not be shared. Work must be contained within the assigned area. In some cases, exhibitors may be allowed to extend outside of their assigned space.  This is allowed to the extent that it does not impede views of neighboring exhibitors or conflict with public safety.  Double booth spaces are available-first come, first serve.

8. Move in & move out instructions MUST be followed. Full instructions contained in exhibitor kits will be sent to all exhibitors the first week of July 2016.  

9. The committee reserves the right to remove any exhibitor, without refund, who is not in compliance with the above rules.
