Legal Agreement

By signing this agreement I hereby release and forever discharge ARTNADO, their sponsoring entity Artistic Synergy Inc., all sponsoring organizations and their directors, personal and volunteers from any responsibilities or liabilities, claims, lose or damages arising from participation in ARTNADO.

I understand that by submitting this application that I am agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations and their interpretation by the organizing members of ARTNADO, Artistic Synergy Inc. If accepted, ARTNADO has my permission to reproduce my artwork through the images I have submitted for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing of the show. Any photographs taken of my exhibit area within the show may be used by ARTNADO for post-production advertising and future advertising and press releases. I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage that I may cause to the South Florida Fairgrounds or other attendees.
