ArtXtravaganza 2017 Agreement Submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2017 ArtXtravaganza. The applicant(s) certifies that he/she/they is/are the sole designer or co-designer of the work shown in the submitted images, and he/she/they will be in attendance for the entire show. I/we grant permission to ArtXtravaganza to reprint an image for promotional use of the ArtXtravaganza. This includes the use in press releases, print, television, and our web site. In printed use, I/we will be acknowledged with credit. I/we certify that I/we am/are the artist who creates the work I/we sell and not an artist representative or wholesaler. I/we understand all booths will be visited by the selection committee at intervals throughout the festival to ensure that all exhibitors comply with all festival rules. I/we further agree to abide by all regulations outlined in this application, the load-in and load-out instructions, security procedures, or any rule promulgated by the Chair. I/we acknowledge that failure to abide by regulations and repeated non-compliance will result in expulsion and ineligibility for judging, awards, and participation in future ArtXtravaganza shows. Expulsion of a participant from ArtXtravaganza is without the necessity of any written notice and without legal recourse or right to rebate any portion of the fees paid.
