Downtown Burbank Arts Festival - April 29 - 30, 2017 Agreement No commercial, manufactured,imported, or purchased for resale work. No clothing, no representatives. There is 10% commission due on all sales made at and generated from this event. Commission is due at the close of the show on Sunday at 5:00pm. Sales are made individually by each artist. Each participant is responsible for the safety and Liability of their own display. West Coast Artists and the City of Burbank assume on responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise, display, canopies, or participants. Canopies must be securely weighted. This show is on black top. Once an exhibitor has been accepted into the show the entry fee is non-refundable. In order to receive credit toward another event, cancellation must be received in our office by March 29, 2017. Displays are to remain set-up until 5:00 pm on Saturday and 5:00 pm on Sunday, with no exception.
