Tennessee Craft Fair Spring 2017 - Now also open to guild artists of neighboring states! Agreement

I have read, understood, and hereby accept the policies of Tennessee Craft, and the liability limits as stated, and agree to hold harmless Tennessee Craft, Metro Parks and Metro Government of Nashville and Davidson County for any claims for damage, loss or injury arising from my participation in the Spring Tennessee Craft Fair 2017. The Tennessee Craft Fairs are a rain or shine event and will remain scheduled as planned, regardless of inclement weather. No refunds shall be given due to interruption of the festival or cancellation for reasons beyond the control of Tennessee Craft. These reasons include, but are not limited to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention. If my tent will be staked, I agree to comply with the staking policy and agree to assume sole responsibility for any expenses if I damage park property. I further understand the Tennessee Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. I grant Tennessee Craft permission to reproduce submitted images for publicity or educational purposes. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT THE SPRING TENNESSEE CRAFT FAIR IS ONLY OPEN TO TENNESSEE RESIDENTS AND RESIDENTS FROM NEIGHBORING STATES WHO ARE CURRENT MEMBERS OF ELIGIBLE CRAFT GUILDS IN THEIR STATE, AS WELL AS ARTISTS STUDYING AT TENNESSEE INSTITUTIONS, AND THAT IF I APPLY TO THIS SHOW AND DO NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, MY APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN AND THAT MY APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
