The accepted IMAGES: A Festival of the Arts Artist does hereby release, and forever discharge and hold harmless IMAGES and the City of New Smyrna Beach, FL and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the artist while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during IMAGES, and hereby consents to the enforcement of all rules of the event. Furthermore, the artist hereby certifies that all work displayed is handcrafted and created by the artist. Participants understand that any mass-produced item on display will be cause for expulsion from the show. The artist acknowledges that the Festival show hours are Friday from 1:00 to 5:00, Saturday 9:00 to 5:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 5:00. The artist agrees to display their works on all three mandatory days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The artist will be given a refund of their Booth Fee if they cancel the show by December 31, 2015.  There will be no refund given after that date.
