Palm Beach Contemporary 2017 Agreement TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION I hereby release and forever discharge JPParssi, Inc., A&E Show Group, Palm Beach Contemporary, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Show. Should I be invited to participate and accept the invitation, A&E Show Group has my permission to use the images I have submitted for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing their shows. Should I be invited to participate and accept the invitation, I agree to abide by all payment and cancellation schedules. I understand that booth fees and electricity purchases are non-refundable after 3 days of submission of the contract. I further consent to the enforcement of all A&E Show Group rules as set forth in this application and in any subsequent correspondence. Artists and assistants agree to conduct themselves professionally and follow the guidelines set forth by A&E Show Group during the duration of the show, including the load-in and load-out periods.  Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the removal of the offending party from the show floor. In this unlikely event, the artist's booth will be roped off, and the artist will be allowed back into the show for load-out only. By applying to Palm Beach Contemporary, I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Participation in the prospectus.
