Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival 2017 Agreement ART SHOW RELEASE The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and holds harmless the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, Inc., and the Island Art Association, Inc., of and from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from the loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possessor supervision of the Shrimp Festival, and hereby consents to the enforcement of the Festival rules as set down in this document.   All artists completing this application agree not to sell shirts, hats or wearables or other merchandise with the words, “Isle of Eight Flags, Shrimp Festival.”   By signing this release you certify that none of the items for sale in your booth were created by others.   If any items were created by others it will cause your immediate expulsion without refunds of registration or booth fees from the show by the IAA Shrimp Festival Committee.
