Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival 2017 Agreement By submitting application to the Annual Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival, the undersigned acknowledges he/she has read the terms and conditions of this application and does hereby release and discharge the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival Committee and Foundation, its agents, representatives and/or employees from all claims, actions or causes of actions, in law or equity, in any way related to any loss or damage to the undersigned or undersigned’s property. The undersigned has read and agrees to the terms in this complete application.
