Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration 2017 Agreement DISCLOSER AND DISCLAIMER The City of Dania Beach and the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Events Etc… “Event Sponsors” shall have no obligation or liability with respect to this application or the exhibitor selection and award process contemplated hereunder.  Neither the Event Sponsors nor their representatives warrant or represent that any award or recommendations will be made as a result of accepting applications, and further make no representation as to the exclusivity of any exhibitor selection.  Nor warranty or representation is made by the Event Sponsors that any application conforming to these requirements will be selected for consideration or approval.  The Event Sponsors may accept or reject any applications, may select one or more exhibitors for a specific selection or may cancel the selection and any such action or other action taken by the Event Sponsors in response to applications submitted or in making a selection or failure or refusal to make any selection shall be without any liability on the part of the Event Sponsors or its agents.  The Event Sponsors may request formal presentations by the exhibitors with may be made before a selection committee and which may include one or more applicants.  The Event Sponsors reserve the right to select the exhibitor which in the opinion and sole discretion of the Event Sponsors will be in the best interest of and/or most advantageous to the Event Sponsors.  Any exhibitor applicant who submits an application fully acknowledges all the provisions of this Discloser and Disclaimer and agrees to be bound by the terms hereof. WAIVER OF LIABILITY OR GENERAL RELEASE The undersigned does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless , the City of Dania Beach and the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, Events Etc…. and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims, to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the Dania Beach Arts and Seafood Celebration, and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event.  Management reserves the right to disqualify any exhibitor causing any problems to fellow exhibitors or management.  Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth may result in expulsion from any and/or all events.  Management reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.  The undersigned understands that for the purpose of advertising and marketing the event only, management has the right to use the submitted photo of his/her artwork.  Show management also has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me, my booth and my work during the event for purposes related to promotion of the event, past or future.  By clicking below you are agreeing to all policies, rules and regulations.
