I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at the Outdoor Art Show will represent my own work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials.

 

By applying to the Outdoor Art Show assume all responsibility to safeguarding of my products and my display at the Outdoor Art Show on March 17-19, 2017. It is exhibitor's responsibility to insure their property. The Eastern Shore Art Association has the right to close the Outdoor Art Show if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. I agree to hold harmless the Eastern Shore Art Association, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.

 

An accepted application is a commitment to participate in the 2017 Outdoor Art Show.
