Iowa Arts Festival 2017 Agreement Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Summer of the Arts, The Iowa Arts Festival, the City of Iowa City, all event sponsors, and the agents and employees of each of them, from any and all actions, suits, damages, or claims arising from any injury, loss or damage to the undersigned during the event consents to enforcement of all Festival regulations. By accepting this agreement, Artist understands that entry does not guarantee acceptance into the 2017 Iowa Arts Festival. If Artist is accepted into the 2017 Iowa Art Fair, it is understood that images may be used for the purpose of festival publicity. Artist understands that their name, business name, city/state and website will be published to promote the Art Fair.
