A completed application is a contract to exhibit. By completing this contract, the above named artist agrees to hold harmless the Wesleyan Arts Alliance, Wesleyan School and the individual members of the organizations for any losses, theft, expenses, demands, and claims sustained or alleged to have been sustained in connection with or to have arisen out of or resulting from activities related to the Wesleyan Artist Market 2015. The Wesleyan Artist Market has the right to close the Wesleyan Artist Market if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. There are no refunds for cancelled shows. I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at the Wesleyan Artist Market will represent my own work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials. Participation in the exhibit indicates that each artist accepts, understands and agrees to all of the foregoing rules and regulations stated in the application documentation.
