Art Students League of Denver Summer Art Market 2017 Agreement Applicants must be active participants in the Art Students League. Applicants must submit a photo representative of their work in each category for which they have applied. The ASLD is committed to fostering an environment supportive of all artists. If you have a disability requiring accommodations at the Summer Art Market, please email Carol Hiller at  caroleyii@aol.com and describe the accommodations required so we may meet your needs. Other booth assignments will be based solely by random placement rather than requests.   Exhibitor agrees to staff event space which must be open and staffed from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday by artist or artist's representative. On Saturday, an early viewing opportunity will be available to VIP guests. Exhibitor must be set up and ready to sell one hour prior to opening.   Exhibitor fully releases the Art Students League of Denver, its officers, Board of Directors, staff, contractors,and volunteers from any or all claims or responsibility for any personal injury to artist or their invitees, as well as loss or damage to or theft of artist's personal property, including but not limited to artwork, during the Summer Art Market.   Exhibitor shall be responsible for any and all expenses incurred by the Art Students League for credit card charge backs or returns by customers of the Exhibitor.   Exhibitor agrees to the League’s cancellation policy and sells only original work or limited editions created by the Exhibitor, per League guidelines.   All exhibitors agree to leave booth space and surrounding area 100% clean at the end of the event and will be considerate of League neighbors and their personal property. A $100 fine will be charged if this is not followed. All artists showing and/or selling at the Summer Art Market must submit an individual application.    The Art Students League accepts no responsibility for any missed communication due to incorrect contact information.   I hereby certify that I am an active member of the Art Students League of Denver, allowing me to apply to the Summer Art Market.
