In consideration of mutual benefits, I agree to abide by the rules established by Osceola Arts which I have carefully read and which are listed and made part of this contract.  Osceola Arts, Kissimmee Main Street, the City of Kissimmee, its officers, employees, and agents,  will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or guests while they are within the space set aside for exhibitors,or for loss or damage to any property from any cause whatsoever during the period of this festival. A reservation is a commitment to show and no refunds will be made for cancellations. There will be no cancellation refunds due to weather, etc.
