VENDOR INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and EVENT REQUIREMENTS  for Green River Rendezvous Street Fair July 6-9, 2017 in Pinedale, Wyoming.

Vendor hereby agrees to hold harmless and fully indemnify the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) and Visitor Center and their staff, Town of Pinedale, Sublette County, any sponsors of, or persons & businesses associated with the 2017 Green River Rendezvous from any and all claims for damages or causes of action against them arising out of or resulting from Vendor’s participation in any Green River Rendezvous activities, including the Street Fair, held July 6-9, 2017. Should the “booth setup” or “items for sale” not meet vendor's description, Sublette County Chamber of Commerce, at its sole discretion, may remove Vendor from or refuse participation to Vendor in the Street Fair. Vendor must be 18 years of age.  SCCC reserves the right to amend or revise this agreement at any time without notice.  PRODUCTS FOR APPLICATION OR CONSUMPTION MUST BE NON-TOXIC.
