I hereby certify that the work represented in this application is original, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind design and that the artworks in my booth are my own original works and are not copies or likenesses of another artist’s work including published photographs or reference material not attributable to me. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Columbia Art League, the City of Columbia and all other participating and sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damages arising out of or in conjunction with my application to and participation in Art in the Park. Columbia Art League may reproduce my/our work in publications and advertising for Art in the Park 2017.
