Ann Arbor State Street Art Fair 2017 Agreement The undersigned agrees to hold the State Street District and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims for any damage to property of the undersigned while in the possession of the State Street District or is being displayed in said Fair, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State Street District and its officers, employees, and agents from claims for any damage to person or property resulting from participation of the undersigned in said Fair.  The undersigned agrees to abide by all rules of the State Street District and that the State Street District has the right to make binding interpretation of those rules.  The undersigned authorizes use of scans or images submitted with this application for State Street District publicity.  The undersigned certifies that he/she is the sole producer or co-producer of work submitted for exhibition, and that if more than one individual has produced the work all such producers have signed this application.
