Loring Park Art Festival 2017 Agreement ARTIST AGREEMENT: I attest that I have read this statement and agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth. This is work of my own design, executed by me - absolutely no buy/sell. I understand that failure to comply with any rule or regulation will result in the cancellation of my participation in the 2017 LPAF and forfeiture of any fees. I grant permission to LPAF to use an image for publicity purposes without compensation. I do not hold the LPAF, its staff, volunteers, or representatives responsible for any loss, theft, or damages of artwork or display setup or personal injury of any kind. If the LPAF is canceled for any reason, the liability of the LPAF shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid as booth fees, less artists share of expenses incurred by LPAF to the date of cancellation. I also understand that LPAF does not carry insurance to cover my personal property and as an independent contractor, I am strongly advised to carry my own insurance. Exhibitors shall fully indemnify and hold harmless LPAF and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board from any actions, suits, claims, payment, costs, or damages which may be brought against them arising from their participation in the LPAF.
