Powderhorn Art Fair 2017 Agreement Contract Information The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is the organizing agent for the Powderhorn Art Fair (PAF), and obtains permission for use of the park. Upon acceptance, this application will serve as a contract between the PPNA and the exhibitor. All exhibitors must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the PPNA and PAF. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your participation in the PAF and forfeiture of any fees. PPNA and PAF assumes no liability for any financial loss, theft or injury. Exhibitors shall fully indemnify and hold harmless PPNA and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board from any actions, suits, claims, payment, costs, or damages which may be brought against them arising from their participation in the PAF.
