Fine Art Fair & Winefest 2017 Agreement

The invitation and acceptance by the Artisan is a commitment to be present and exhibit.

 

The Artisan whose work is represented in the slides must be present at the show. No exceptions!



Buy and Sell is not permitted. If it’s determined that items are commercially produced, the exhibitor selling the items can be removed from the show and forfeits all fees paid.

 

Artisan is responsible for collecting and reporting Missouri State sales tax.

 

By submitting this application, Artisan insures that the work displayed is original and has had direct hands-on involvement in the making of each item offered for sale and that it is consistent with the standards as set forth in this application. Management reserves the right to disqualify and discharge any Artisan not in compliance with the guidelines as stated.

 

Artisan acknowledges there are certain risks of physical injury and agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which may be sustained as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the Fine Art Fair & Winefest, May 19-21, 2017.



I hereby fully release and discharge the Arts Council of Washington, Downtown Washington, Inc. all cities, villages and their employees; property owners, associations, sponsors and co-sponsors from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including theft, weather, acts of God, death, damages and losses sustained and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the Festival.



Arts Council of Washington, Downtown Washington, Inc. has permission to publish images of Artisan work, booth or of the Artisan for purposes related to the promotion of the festival, past, present and future.



Artisan submission of this application indicates my agreement and acceptance to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

Past acceptance is not a guarantee of acceptance to future shows. The decision of the jurors is final.
