Amagansett Fine Arts Festival 2017 Agreement I understand that by submitting this application, I am agreeing to abide by all regulations and rules and their interpretation by the organizing members of David Oleski Events. Also, if requested, I agree to remove any artwork or display materials deemed unsuitable by these same people. I understand that failure to comply may result in me being prohibited from exhibiting during the remaining days of the event and/or in future events. Furthermore, I agree to hold harmless David Oleski Events, or any employees, agents, vendors, or assigns of the American Legion or Amagansett Township for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.
