• The work I offer for sale will be consistent in content, form and quality with the images submitted for jurying, and is my own original work. I will show only work in categories in which I have screened and been accepted. I will not offer imported items or mass produced work. I understand that if I violate these rules I may be asked to leave the festival, will not receive a refund of my fees, and will not be invited to return.

• I will be responsible for protecting my booth and contents from the weather and ensuring that they do not present a hazard to the public.



• I will remain and keep my booth open for the entire fair, barring a serious emergency.



• I will collect and pay Washington state sales tax on all my sales.



• I understand that Peninsula Art League has no control over the weather, and no refunds are given for inclement weather.

• I understand that Peninsula Art League is not liable for any damage to artists’ possessions.
