Ocala Arts Festival 2017 Agreement LEGAL AGREEMENT The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge Marion County, the City of Ocala, FAFO, Inc. and all sponsors and volunteers, of and from all manner of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned's property while same is being loaded unloaded, shown or judged or other assistance rendered by FAFO, it's staff or it's volunteers at the 2017 Ocala Arts Festival. The undersigned has read the entire application and all the regulations and agrees to abide by them. If accepted, permission is granted for FAFO to use submitted images for promotional purposes. I hereby consent to the enforcement of Ocala Arts Festival rules as printed in this application and other FAFO materials.
