Art in the Sun 2017 - Northville, Michigan Agreement I acknowledge that the Northville Art House, the Northville Arts Commission and the City of Northville cannot assume liability for loss, damage or injury, to any person or art work, however caused, during the Art in the Sun event. There are no refunds after MAY 20, 2017.  A $35 insufficient funds penalty will be charged for any returned checks.
