Denver - Fine Art Avenue at the People's Fair 2017 Agreement Submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2017 People's Fair. The applicant(s) certifies that he/she/they is/are the sole designer or co-designer of the work shown in the submitted images, and he/she/they will be in attendance for the entire show. I/we grant permission to the People's Fair to reprint an image for promotional use of the People's Fair. This includes the use in press releases, print, television, and the festival web site. In printed use, I/we will be acknowledged with credit when possible. I/we certify that I/we am/are the artist who creates the work I/we sell and not an artist representative or wholesaler. I/we understand all booths will be visited by the viewing committee at intervals throughout the festival to ensure that all exhibitors comply with all festival rules. I/we further agree to abide by all regulations outlined in this application, the load-in and load-out instructions, security procedures, or any rule promulgated by the Executive Director. I/we acknowledge that failure to abide by regulations and repeated non-compliance will result in expulsion and ineligibility for judging, awards, and participation in future People's Fair. Expulsion of a participant from the People's Fair is without the necessity of any written notice and without legal recourse or right to rebate any portion of the fees paid.  I/we participants, our heirs, successors and assigns agree to release and hold harmless the People's Fair, Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods (CHUN) and TPP, its board of directors, staff, sponsors and affiliated charity and corporate partners and their heirs, successors, and assigns for any loss of property or physical harm, including, but not inclusive, of weather damage or cancellation due to weather or any other occurrences that may happen that would cause the cancellation of the event. I/we further agree to waiver any and all rights without limitation on liability for the use of the festival space and service described in this application. I/we certify that we have read and agree to all of the Rules and Regulations. The People's Fair Director(s) reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. I have read and understand the requirements for participation in the People's Fair June 3 - 4, 2017
