KAABOO ArtworK 2017 Agreement In consideration for KAABOO-Del Mar, LLC receiving my application to participate in ArtworK at KAABOO, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I acknowledge, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless and forever discharge KAABOO-Del Mar, LLC and the 22nd District Agricultural Association, and their respective employees, volunteers, representatives, assignees, agents, directors, officers, managers, members, affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries from any responsibility, liability, claim, loss or damage arising out of, premised on, or in any way related to my application to KAABOO ArtworK. I acknowledge and agree that KAABOO-Del Mar, LLC may accept or reject my application in its sole and absolute discretion, and its decisions regarding my application are final.  I further acknowledge and agree that if I am invited to participate in ArtworK at KAABOO, I will be required to execute a further contractual arrangement as a condition to participating.
