Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival 2017 Agreement Remember, this year there will be an additional extended deadline fee of $10 for applications recieved between April 15th and April 22nd, so mark your calenders and get your applications in early! The Festival will endeavor to produce the event in good faith. The event takes place in a city park and is subject to regulation from the City of Mill Valley. Cancellation of Event: If weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Festival or the City of Mill Valley cause the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be returned. Neither the Festival nor the City of Mill Valley can be held liable by exhibitors for the failure of the event to take place.
