Wayzata Art Experience 2017 Agreement By submitting this application, the exhibitor verifies that he/she is directly involved with each piece of work to be exhibited, and that the work meets the Rules for Participation as set forth. The Wayzata Art Experience does not carry insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage to your work or personal property, or against personal injury to you or your helpers. You are advised to obtain your own insurance. There is no refund of fees due to adverse weather.  The applicant agrees and releases the Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce from any loss, damage to personal property or personal injury which he/she, or helpers may sustain while participating in the Wayzata Art Experience. If accepted, you agree to the use of your images by the Wayzata Art Experience for promotional purposes. Artist Statements must be submitted with the Artist Contract. I have read and understand the requirements for participation in the Wayzata Art Experience, June 24 & 25, 2017. I agree to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines of the Wayzata Art Experience and understand that failure to follow these regulations may result in the expulsion from this year's fair, and/or from future fairs, at the sole discretion of the Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce.
